Very important is Happiness in an Endometriosis patient’s life #ENDOCHAMPIONS

Happiness is a relative term. What can make one person jump in joy may not have the same impact on another. Thus it is very significant for each one of us to find out what makes us really happy and not only find but also delve into that happiness more often without any guilt.

Trust me it works like magic. Until some years ago I used to talk of a void quite often for I felt lonely at times. Resigning from your dream job at the peak of your career does add to your woes. But it was difficult to manage my pain, my toddler, and my crazily travel-based job. Now I feel I was very naive at that time and would have taken better decisions.

However, at that time too I knew what was right for me and that happiness was the therapy that would help evade my pain to a decent level. I loved writing so I started my blog and I loved grooming kids and adults and so I started my academy. These two ventures helped me sail through the difficult times of my disease. Loving what I do and doing what I love is what helps me till today. It is therapy for me.

Most importantly I have learned to enjoy my own company and whenever the negative energies try to put me down I shut the world and retrieve in my cocoon happily making merry in my own company. I quietly without letting anyone know do what I love reducing my mental clutter to near zero.

Peace is all I want for myself and peace is all I want to give to the world. That peace is my happiness. My words are my happiness. Helping others is my happiness, which I want to do for the rest of my life. Having a meaningful purpose in my life has kept me going so far and it will help me sail further. It is thus pure happiness and contentment that is the lifeline of an endometriosis patient like me who otherwise would perish under her difficult symptoms and circumstances always.

Do what gives you happiness no matter how small or how trivial it is, this will boost the positivity hormones in your body and give your brain the signals that your joy is overpowering your pain.

Also please cut down negative people from your life as the stress and mental trauma they cause can be extremely detrimental to your disease.
