Good news is Ayurveda treats endometriosis completely #ENDOCHAMPIONS

Let me share why it is important to share this. Like I have touched upon in my previous posts for this entire series my aim is to help all women struggling with endometriosis find the right diagnosis and treatment. In my quest for the same, I have finally found an answer but the journey wasn’t easy.

I had my laparoscopic surgery in July’2019 and after giving my body ample rest for six months which made me gain weight badly I started my fitness journey in Feb’20 in Delhi post my menstrual cycle but within a week of very moderate workout, I had breakthrough bleeding for days.

First I consulted a very famous doctor in Delhi as my most trusted one was in Pune and I had shifted but she recommended an immediate uterus removal surgery. So I called back my gynecologist in Pune and she said just within six months my body was just not ready for another major surgery and asked me to wait.

That’s when I contacted a very famous award-winning Ayurvedic startup owner on Facebook one who had been on my friend list for a long time and who championed infertility and menstrual issues solutions. But after initial talks, she stopped responding to my calls and messages. No offense as perhaps she got scared that she might not be able to stop my heavy bleeding and give a permanent solution. But by not communicating she shook my faith in Ayurveda having the solution to my condition. The lesson was all that glitters is not gold and social media may not always give you the right leads. Forgive and forget.

My Pune gynecologist put me back on hormonal pills to avert surgery for as long as possible. In the meanwhile, I searched for an award-winning gynecologist in Delhi who can do surgery for a complicated case like mine and whoever I met unfortunately offered surgery packages and were nil in compassion. I was appalled. Also, I was claustrophobic and the MRIs in particular made me paranoid.

I then changed the direction of my research and started looking for endometriosis specialists in Delhi and landed on Dr. Rani Gupta of SKK Panchkarma in Janakpuri.

A young goal-driven Ayurvedic gold medalist gynecologist she listened to me in peace and started Vasti Panchkarma and medication for me promising that she will be able to treat my endometriosis fully by reversing the pathology of the disease. Hers is a modest setup where the medicinal concoctions are produced on the first floor of her clinic based on her experience and research.

It is now 1 complete year for me under her medication and she has really helped me normalize my life and altered my medicines to treat my symptoms. I am also on an Ayurvedic painkiller now which also I plan to get off soon. Ayurvedic medicines require us to be on a certain diet which otherwise too is very beneficial in Endometriosis where dairy, gluten, and other inflammatory foods aren’t recommended along with many other precautions. If you can follow them to the tee, you can really work wonders for your health. Ancient Ayurveda, the pride of India, has that power.

This is not a sponsored post and I will like all of you to benefit from my experience and that is why I keep spreading the word. I really hope this helps someone in need. If you or your loved one, has the symptoms pick up your phone and take the first step.
