Just Married, waiting for Happily ever after #RomanticThriller #TrulyYoursRoma

Hello, this April I am weaving a Romantic thriller where Aaradhya is waiting for her love Shamit, who has vanished seven years ago. The story is being narrated by their best friend Riya. Incase you missed the earlier chapters of this timeless love saga, 'I Live To Love you', you can read them here, chapter1, Chapter2 ,Chapter3 ,Chapter4, Chapter5 , Chapter6Chapter7, Chapter8 and Chapter9

Chapter10

Being a doctor, Aaru realised she had to take charge of the situation. Her preliminary examinations revealed they really needed to take Shamit to the hospital immediately.

He gained back consciousness after a couple of hours in the hospital bed, spreading wide his sunshine smile as if nothing had happened.

But for Aaru these two hours were like two decades. She died a million deaths and all sorts of thoughts flashed her mind trying to medically co-relate his symptoms.

The fear of the inevitable has clogged her brain so far and she had clutched my arm tight most of the time. I had tried to pacify her as much as I could but I was not sure she was listening.

She had kept her tears in control till then, but as soon Shamit opened his eyes, they refused to listen to her anymore and rolled down her eyes uninterrupted.

Shamit who was sitting by then tucked his new bride in his arms.

"I am fine my love, don’t cry.. I know my Radha is stronger than this!"

He chuckled as if nothing has happened. Shamit and his mom were known for this spirit, they will never let their pain show up on their faces no matter how they felt.

The primary cause of his sudden passing out was adjudged to be stress as nothing else could be ascertained. So, Shamit was discharged but we were advised to get some advanced tests done in Delhi ,as back then in 2005 Nainital didn’t have many medical facilities other than the basic.

Through all this my Aaru has stood as firm as a rock no matter how fragile she felt within. She was determined to set things right and has embraced her angelic smile really soon as it mattered so much to all the elders of our families and most importantly to his beloved.

Back home Shamit was relaxing in his room reading the pink notebook Aaru had gifted her, which he could not finish the last night while Aaru sat next to him slowly running her fingers through his hair. Her words in her special weaves were therapeutic for him. They talked about their divine love, their dreams for future and their togetherness forever. These were enough to cheer Shamit up who was shaken up on the inside due to this sudden mis-happening on the most important day of their lives. But I bet he would ever let it show on his face.

They both decided to shun all negative emotions.

It was their first day as man and wife and how they wanted to transform their status of ‘Just Married’ to ‘Happily Ever After’.

They looked at each other and smiled. There was no words transfer again. I guess they really were too exhausted. Gradually they both slipped into each other’s arms and slept.

In a couple of days things came to normal and most of the guests too had returned.  The two lovebirds were enjoying their honeymoon period and Nainital was a perfect destination for the same.

Aaru let Shamit know all about Kumaoni food, culture, language, dance and language. They also posed in our Kumaoni attire and I was happy to  click a million pictures for them. She wanted to capture as many precious memories as possible.

Shamit as always was under the spell of Aaru's ethereal charm, her wisdom, and the tenderness of her soul. They were inseparable and the memories of those days are forever etched in their hearts.

They were to stay here at Aaru’s place for a week and then fly off to Shamit’s home in Pune as he had only twenty days leaves sanctioned.

Aaru had spoken to a couple of medical experts and they had decided they will get the tests done in Pune itself.

Shamit had always been scared of hospitals. So, Aaru knew it was going to be a tad bit difficult to convince Shamit for the screening but she knew she had to.

Time just flew no matter how much they wanted it to slow down as it always happens when one is happy. On the flight to Pune, they poured their hearts out to each other...so much was happening. The sword of uncertainty was hanging over them.

Who knew this was just one of the many tests, their true love has to undergo in the coming times.
