Award

It isn’t easy when you step out for a mission in life. While your goal is clear, there are stumbling blocks at every step in life. Not only are you a lone voyager in your journey..not only are there infrastructural issues and mind blocks to overcome but also a lot pulling you down or rather demotivating talks that flood in from all directions barring a few who stand as a firm rock of support in all your endeavours.

Luckily for me, I have always found this criticism extremely worthy for the proportion works inversely for me. A word of criticism burns the fire to prove myself severalfold stronger in me. Actually, they have found my mission worth a thought and then meticulously analyse it to be able to reach this stage, isn’t which a very good thing and I am grateful, seriously.

But apart from this gratitude for a moment and deriving my positivity from them, I don’t give them a second thought and move on, on my path of Karma. This is how I was when I began my writing journey fourteen years ago as a women empowerment writer or when I launched my own communication skills academy with a mission to aid as many six to sixty-year-olds in bridging the gap between their intellect and expression and this is exactly how I am today. Giving up a full-fledged career after having worked in 22 countries wasn’t an easy call. I know the value of time and staying positive and happy always. That’s what I give out to the universe in abundance and that’s exactly what I get back in return. You have proved it be giving immense love to my three published books. Isn’t that the most precious return?

The return also sometimes comes in the form of unparalleled surprises and one such meaningful overwhelming surprise was to be awarded with the coveted ‘Planet’s Pride Awards 2018’ from Women Planet Foundation which felicitated 25 women from more 700 nominations from all over India on their ‘unique entrepreneurial missions in life with a cause’. I was truly humbled by their gesture and though I could not travel to Vadodara due to some unavoidable circumstances to receive this prestigious title, earnestly, words fail to express my gratitude to them. Though I keep sailing my lone boat firmly, awards like this or the one that I won before, ‘Woman of the Year, 2015’, affirm my belief that I am steering in the right direction and will continue to do so until my last breath. It indeed is a beautiful milestone in my life and will always remain special. You have made the purpose even more worth by acknowledging it.

Planet's Pride Award Winner

I dedicate my awards, my felicitations to all my precious criticizers for bringing out the best in me. You are the fire in me, please keep burning. I seriously mean it, please keep challenging me dear for I truly believe criticism is worthy.

And to all my friends and well-wishers, I am nothing without you, you are an inspirational bunch of buddies anyone would ever crave for.

Thank you so much, everyone!

A Mom’s Instinct and Appropriate Knowledge on Facts can do Wonders for her Little Munchkin like Mother Sparsh Does

mother sparsh wipes

Isn’t knowledge our strongest weapon today? The more I read the more I feel how less I knew. I have always been a mommy who has acted very strongly on her instincts, the divine power God has entrusted every mom with but with time I had realised its actually a balance between right knowledge plus what a mom's heart says is right for her little precious, that can do wonders for her baby and this knowledge too needs up gradation from time to time.

For example, diaper rashes may sound as something trifle but I have battled it for really long. For long I tried to find solutions by changing diapers and even endlessly alternating it with cotton nappies. Diaper rash cream too couldn’t do my inconsolable little one any benefit. That’s when I decided to know the root cause. An extensive research landed me on the below video which enumerated the root cause of the rashes. I was really taken aback by the number of germs left in a perfectly washed cloth which we presume is the safest for our babies delicate skin. I share it below with all of you.

Also, I discovered that the cause can be baby wipes I have been using and not just the cloth of the diaper. These wipes often contain sting chemicals like parabens and alcohol which can be very harmful to the baby’s delicate skin any cause his rashes and unbearable discomfort. The little soul is actually really tiny and is too young to bear the brunt of her mom’s ignorance who has done her best to give her peanut nothing short of the best. But she wasn’t really aware.

The solution is water-based wipes made of organic plant fibre which have the goodness of Aloe Vera to keep it safe and comfortable for our little one’s tender skin... like the ones from Mother Sparsh who are the pioneers of water based wipes in India which are clinically proven to be the best for the babies and are dermatologically approved and flame test assured for their content.

Switching to them undoubtedly brings noticeable comfort to the little one’s diaper rashes so if you are battling the same, don’t just change your diapers but also change your wipes for our little precious who means the world to us should remain safe from harmful chemicals and gets the best of health gifted to it most gently and mildly, the Mother Sparsh way.

In my own personal experience, Mother Sparsh baby wipes are paediatrician recommended water-based wipes made of plant fibre and enriched with aloe vera goodness. They are an ideal go-to solution for every momma even when our little one grows up to wipe their hands and faces and mouth. They are handy and can be carried in our handbag. As for me, I love using them for myself too. During the journey, they are my go-to resort to get rid of sweat and dirt. Every day before going to bed, they are also the best to rid us of all the makeup residues and unwanted foreign particles on our faces. So you see how my permanent solution for diaper rashes is also a multi-purpose super utility gift to all of us from Mother Sparsh, which is 'India's First Water Based Wipes Brand'. How you tried them yet, mum?

A Worthy Hangbag Is The Best Accessory For A Woman

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers
ladies handbags
I absolutely adore the month of October and November not only because the former marks my birthday but also as I love the festive air and joy which these two months bring to us. Navratras, Dandiya, Dussehra, Diwali, there are so many occasions to celebrate and deck ourselves up gorgeously. As much as I love dressing up, I also love accessorising myself perfectly to stand out of the crowd. No, the girlie desires have refused to budge though I have comfortably crossed my thirty mark and my all time most favourite accessory is a bag. They add oodles to your overall look undoubtedly.
I virtually use every kind of bag but mostly my favourites are a sling bag, a tote or a formal ladies bag. I feel a ladies’ bag talks aeons about the personality of the woman carrying it whether she prefers bold and bright or subtle and sleek etc. For me, it mostly depends on my mood on which basis I pick up my outfit and a matching bag. But sometimes it’s vice versa too when wishing to flaunt a particular bag, I choose my dress accordingly. Yes, a bag is that important! It is a necessity which actually aids us to carry all that we wish to plus it also accentuates our style quotient.
I am literally a sucker of adorable bags and I indulge both in online and offline shopping for the same exorbitantly and love to collect masterpieces. So in today’s post, I will like to introduce you to an online shopping portal I landed something back know as ‘Baginning’ (innovative name, isn’t it?)because I absolutely loved the range of bags they have. I was bowled over in sheer admiration by their variety and colours. The impulsive and impressed me quickly zeroed on a tote I wanted to immediately own it but I decided to check their reviews to ensure the bag was really worth the price I am paying. Well, the reviews were brilliant and once I was totally satisfied, I fulfilled my desire. The bag that came was genuinely adorable.

So when it was my birthday and festival time again this year, I decided to get back to them and found their latest collection worthy every ounce and fortunately I again landed on a masterpiece I can flaunt during these months. That is when I decided to introduce them to all of you, my precious readers. They are indeed a one-stop destination for all your bag needs. If are looking to pamper yourself with a really gorgeous ladies handbag, they are indeed worth it!

Let Nothing In The World Stop You

inspiration

Let nothing in the world stop you, my love
Stand your ground as solid as a concrete wall

There will be days you will feel weak in your knees
When adverse circumstances will advent successively

When your planning fails
And your dreams seem to lose their trail

Give yourself time
Deep breathe and watch a beautiful morn’s  sunshine

Stay calm and give yourself a pep talk
Darling this too shall pass

You are a big girl now
No more mom and dad can shield you from a crowd

The habit may force you to seek shelter in your loved ones’ arms
And taking support for a moment has no harm

But I want you to stand on your feet firm
Face the situation head-on, be your our lucky charm

Life’s worth lies in being there for others
But also for yourself, love yourself, to yourself be kind and warm

Be unapologetic in loving yourself
There is no one who knows you like you do, as the pages of your life turn

Let nothing in the world stop you, my love,
Stay strong always, as solid as a concrete wall

Because Travel Is The Only Love I know, My Life Is A Musical Travelogue: #TheBlindList

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers

I have a beautiful dream
To discover world’s every farthest town esteemed

For, travel is the only love I know
My life is a musical travelogue

Indeed travel is the therapeutic music to my soul
It soothes and satiates my heart and touches the strings of its softest core

I was born with wheels on my feet
A banker’s daughter who moved with bag and baggage every couple of years

And I on a blind date with some new territory
Had my adrenaline rushing in excitement and mystery

Knew not when these blind dates became for me a way of life
With a travel job, I further grew new wings to fly

Yeah, travel gives me a high, no shots of Tequila ever can. I was born to travel, I travelled first when I was three days old and my mum told me that I was such a ‘Ghummakad’ from my birth that I was ready to go with anyone who promised to take me out which she feared the most😀. Dad gave my love for travel the desired feathers for I had inherited the travel spree from him as he left no stone unturned to convert a small free time into a power-packed vacation for us. Thus by the time I was in my teens I had covered almost the whole of India..That was the beginning of my blind dates with the world and need I say I soaked in every ounce of enthusiasm and fervour these trips brought along. We weren’t rich but my dad has taught us how to live life king size and be happy and smiling always in whatever means we have and that one learning has stayed with me😊.

God was kind too or did I persuade him with my prayers..all the three organisations I worked with so far, Tata Motors, Honda Siel and Ikea of Sweden have conferred me ample of opportunities to travel to as many as 22 countries already. Of course, most were on the itinerary but some I had weaved in, out of my crazy desire to go fulfil my childhood dream of going on multiple blind dates with the world, my best half for this journey called life and they continue and it will be so until to this world I bid goodbye!

I was all a twenty-something when I took my first solo trip to Europe totally unaware of the cultures, the linguistic preferences, the weather, the food, the acceptance for browns and a plethora of other surprises that awaited to embrace me. But guess what, that was exactly what my childhood and adolescence has adapted and prepped me for. The nervousness on the new land gave me a familiar kick of befriending the mystery surrounding #theblindlist of places I was going to paint red with my smiles. All along the way, I have weaved precious memories, my treasure whose pleasures still tickles my heart and mesmerises my soul. The architectural heritage of Austria, the museums and palaces,  intrigued the little girl, who further covered Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland in the same trip and came back all enriched, ecstatic, elated and an ounce more confident. Of all the countries the most lessons I learnt was in Japan and this country will for err remain close to my heart. Travelling also taught me, to understand how minuscule is we in comparison to the entire world and I gradually learnt to view life vis a vis bigger scheme of things. I also learnt everything that we have today, shall pass, so make the most of every moment.....

Guess what, the man I married turned out to be an equal travel freak. He further inspired me to #SayYesToTheWorld and pull it into my arms, to move ahead unabashedly on a blind date to unknown territories. We get back in abundance what we give out to the universe, we decided to give our love, warmth and acceptance and our surprise destinations startled us with the same in infinite measures. I told my man I don’t want him to build a Taj Mahal(did he even had an intention to do that :D)for me rather let’s commence together a world tour, of course with #theblindlist , in bits and pieces if not all together.

Glad that the journey began some years ago and our little one now feels the adrenaline rush on travel too

We are now a family on wheels
Flying to newer unknown destinations is our treat

Bitten by the travel bug
Smitten we are by #theblindlist charm

Daddy and sonny plan it all without mom knowing an iota
She is happy they are flying reliable Luftahansa

(Which aids them to plan to the Tee
Newer destinations in a way pocket-friendly)

For I am still that small girl
Who loves when her heart beat faster

In anticipation of the surprise
Meticulously trying to deduce what time has in store

Venice or Eiffel Tower
Budapest or the snow-capped Alps

Or the beaches of Phuket
Who would be her surprise date

Isn’t it really beautiful to having partially fulfilled your dream
To discover world’s every farthest town esteemed

Weaving unforgettable priceless memories
On a blind date with the world extremes

Because travel is the only love I know
My life is a musical travelogue

And when you know you have a beautiful video
Which says it all, you have to share it below 👇👇

While the idea of this blind date with the world for me is an absolute yeah
Will you say a neigh or go for your traditional Bucketlist instead

Your conspicuous smile says it all
This initiative sure with you too, strikes a chord

Do let us know how the idea tickles your soul
Check it out here, and maybe you win yourself a fantabulous tour ❤️

Aim High And Outnumber Yourself and No one Else (A Gratitude Post and Giveaway On My Birthday)

You are in a fantastic happy zone when you become your own inspiration and this happens when you love your work and you would fall in love with your work when you pursue your passion as your profession. Fortunately, I am doing just that at the moment which actually is nothing short of a blessing(my family begs to differ though, for they feel I must now resume my high profile corporate career as the kiddo is now on his own but I have been refusing offers because I am proud of whatever I am today).
I am an author, writer and blogger and I unleash the power of my pen to my heart’s content to bring the desired change to the society no matter how small my contribution is. The pen is mightier than a sword and in all three books of mine published so far, I have quietly deployed this mightier tool to give the world a peep into Indian women’s lives. I feel proud that all three books of mine have been released in Blogchatter Ebook Carnival for last three consecutive years and thereafter are doing good on Amazon. Last year, another initiative by Blogchatter, known as ‘Blogchatter Projects’ was pioneered too with a great intent. It was a campaign which aided the bloggers or authors like me to adopt a project and set and quantify their goals, like I took, exhaustive promotions of my books. With their constant boost and support, I was able to sell a very good number of copies by the end of the campaign. If one has something strong on their mind with a big goal, he must sign up for this. They aid you to put your Social Media Strategy in the right place, bang on!!
The fact that you are on your own often puts you in a comfortable zone and projects like this help you quantify your targets and have high goals, competing and trying your best to outnumber your previous best.
I am also a co-founder of a communication Skills Academy where I groom six to sixty-year-olds in bridging a gap between their intellect and expression. I am very result oriented in my approach and it gives me immense joy when I see vital improvements in the kids and adults I groom. The sheer joy I experience in adding value and polishing and grooming kids and women and helping them steer their life in the right direction, cannot be weaved in words. (It's time I take a Blogchatter Project to set goals for my academy too this year. Voila, I am glad I got this idea!)
The above two comprise my work zone and I passionately love what I do irrespective of the money I make with it. I am extremely grateful to all my precious readers for embracing the writings of this poor mortal with so much warmth and the people of Pune who have given my academy unconditional support and love and made it flourish by leaps and bounds.
Since this is my birthday month, I express my gratitude to all of you, by announcing a #TrulyYoursRoma #BirthdayGiveaway right here, on the blog and it’s Social Media Channels in which you can win some awesome prizes from VLCC.

Just like and share this post and comment below which VLCC Service you will like to avail and why and three top winners will be gratified with VLCC services while there will be many more consolation prizes. This contest is open for Pune residents only and all services can we availed at VLCC Pimple Saudagar Only. The last date to submit your entries in 15-Oct-18.
