Life is beautiful
Life is precious
So make yourself the most important part of your life
Because others will treat you the way you look at yourselves
Love yourself like no one else
Start it today before it is too late
I have learned it the hard way
As I have always put myself in the end
And I am not talking about self obsession or narcissism
But about practising kindness towards self
Listen to your heart and body
Nourish it, nurture it and take care of it at all times
Someone has rightly said
Your body is the temple you live in
Maintain it like you maintain the place of your deity
Keeping it sparkling clean and full of energy
Give it mental joy by keeping the right company
And physical joy by eating healthy and exercising
You will love the pump of happiness a happy healthy body give you
But remember it requires our sincere efforts like anything else
I am tried to do it all
Just a little late to be on board
But it’s ok, better late than ever
I have eventually learned to love myself
God is kind I believe
He will surely help me
In the lost battle that I am fighting
But giving up is so not me
